Dispatch times.
All items ordered before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched within 48 hours. Items ordered outside of these times are dispatched at the next earliest opportunity. We dispatch 99.9% of all orders within 48 hours.
Damaged Goods.
All goods are packed to an adequate level to help avoid damage during transit by Royal Mail. Should a product arrive damaged please contact the Admin team via email Rampage-Productions@hotmail.com
Undelivered / Lost Goods.
If after 5 days ( UK ) from the date your order was dispatched (this excludes Saturday, Sunday & Bank holidays) your goods are still undelivered please conatct the admin team via email statuing your name and order number
Outiside of the Uk please allow up to 14 days before contacting us at Rampage-Productions@hotmail.com
Faulty Goods Returned.
I believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. I aim to keep the process as simple as possible. With any returns you must send the faulty items back, a replacement will be sent to you ASAP.
Unwanted Goods After Delivery.
This is not acceptable, if you make an order and receive the goods you can not cancel,
Incorrectly Ordered Goods.
Only you can add to the cart so there should be no mistakes by you. if however there has been a mistake made, please contact the admin team at Rampage-Productions@hotmail.com as soon as possible.
Incorrectly Supplied Goods.
Goods incorrectly supplied by us can be returned to us and exchanged for the correct goods. Please enclose your order number, your address and the goods actually required. Goods must be returned in the same condition that they were supplied. If any goods are returned damaged they will be returned to you.
